Tsholo Khalema est ravi de faire ses débuts avec lemonTree creations, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre et Why Not Theatre. Au théâtre, on a notamment pu le voir dans les rôles de Mabo dans Cake, de Trix dans The Drowsy Chaperone, de Crystal dans Little Shop of Horrors, de Biandello dans The Taming of the Shrew et de Hatti dans Kiss Me Kate. À la télévision et au cinéma, on note entre autres Holding Hands with the Awkward, Untitled Belleville Brothers Project, My Babysitter Is an Alien et Beyond a Friend. « On dit que personne ne connaît jamais vraiment une nation jusqu’à ce qu’on ait mis les pieds dans ses prisons. » Il est reconnaissant à sa famille, ses amis et ses alliés de lui rappeler l’importance de la résilience.
